Domestic

All domestic purchases within Australia will be shipped out with FREE standard shipping. Extra costs apply for express shipping. When we ship your order, we will provide an email confirmation containing your order tracking number. We use Australia Post to ship domestically.

As we are shipping from Perth, Western Australia, the shipping times are as follows. 

Standard Shipping: 1-2 days for Perth. 6-8 business days for other states. 

Express Shipping: 1 day for Perth. 2-4 business days for other states.

International

Do we ship internationally? Uh huh honey! International shipping rated are as follows.

$10 AUD for New Zealand

$15 AUD for all other International orders

We use Sendle Couriers or Australia Post to ship internationally, depending on where you are. MELOX will provide purchasers with an email informing you of your tracking number and shipping information. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs, duties and tax fees that may be applicable to your country. Shipping times can vary depending on your location (especially at the moment with a high volume of delays due to the pandemic) Please message for more info or pop on to sendle for an ETA (we ship from postcode 6159) when checking your tracking, you can use the ‘local tracking number’ to input to your local post tracking, for example USPS, Royal Mail or Canada Post, that way you can track it more carefully once it has cleared customs and arrived in the country.
